Eighteen people from Vernon, Kamloops, Vancouver and Victoria attended the seminar and AGM in Vernon.

Davis Sensei emphasized correct fundamentals and timing in batto-ho and seiza no bu.

At the AGM, we discussed the upcoming May seminar, seminars in the coming year and other topics. Details will be sent out on the CIA listserve.
